Does the thought of spending time in the kitchen fill you with dread? Don’t know your saltimbocca from your sambal? Fear not! This tapas for two guide is the simplest way to pull off a relaxed effortless night in. All you need to do is plate up, light the candles, pour the wine & enjoy.

TAPAS FOR TWO

Ingredients:

  • Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • bread sticks
  • peppadews stuffed with cheese
  • hummus
  • falafel balls
  • marinated olives
  • 1 small handful capers, chopped
  • sliced salami
  • Brie cheese
  • Boland cheese
  • fresh strawberries
Method:
  • Wrap the prosciutto around the bread sticks.
  • Place the ingredients in small bowls and on wooden boards then serve.
